It is sufficient for people in beginner to intermediate fitness level. It is easy to vary the load as it has four bands of different load rating. The door accessory that comes with the kit broke within a week. The plastic parts seem to be of poor quality. A better quality plastic may increase the price a little but that will make it a complete package

I totally recommend this set for its usability and durability and built quality. The restraint is good enough to be tucked in the door, and the ropes are aptly flexible. I have pulled and extended them to their fullest. So much so, that I am in two minds about rejoining my gym now! You don't even need much space to do the workout.
