Latin America comes home to India

The book presents a fascinating account of a cast of characters who dot the landscape of Latin America and who have been cutting across cultural barriers to build bridges with India and the rest of the world.
As as India who has lived and worked in Latin America, i find resonance in several of the stories this book has.
For a continent about which not too much is known about in India, this is a must read. A thrilling, personal anecdotal account from a person who has invested a lot of time a...

    An on-the-ground, unique perspective

The book includes various chapters that offer insight into the little-known aspects of Latin America, and that too, from an Indian lens. This is uncommon. There are few Indians resident in Latin America, and vice-versa, but there is much interest and potential for engagement - aptly highlighted in the book.

It is also a relaxing and entertaining read.

A key to know Latin America

Each and every chapter of this book is unique. Author has very interestingly placed the chapters and topics in a manner which becomes a readers delight.

I had just started exploring the continent and got a chance to read this book during my journey in South America. I must admit that I learnt a lot about the people, culture, approach, attitude, eating habits, business acumen, general environment, art. Literature, current affairs, history, food, wines, Indian diaspora, etc etc etc .....all f...
