After looking at creams and sprays I figured I would try the gummies. The ease of use and value is worth it. The shine is nice. I think it helped but my beard was already soft due to other products and hygiene. But definitely more shine to it.
Lots of growth and health from the vitamins. The mixed fruit flavor is strong and is smelt around the house. But tastes sooo good.
