Great product
A great product which is helping me to get back to my sleeping pattern post covid lockdown. My sleeping pattern was worsened during the lockdown and I had to get it back on track and the melatonin strips being natural are so effective that now I just have it and get to sleep in just 15 minutes and have a peace sleep during night .
