Works wonders if you are working out in early morning. Caffeine boost really kicks up and don't feel drowsy at all in those chilly mornings. Taste is a bit tangy and it's chewable. Would surely recommend if you have issue with Beta-Alanine

I recently started using man matters pre workout gummies and I am really impressed with the results. I am not a pills person so when I saw these gummies I could not stop myself from trying. Seriously one of the best pre-workout I have taken. Terrible product
