wonderful product with results
The first thing i would like to say is, it is a wonderful product. i felt the difference from first dose. i have taken 7 doses till now. it comes in a tablet form of dark red color. it doesn't taste odd, best to take with milk in night before you sleep. the company offers free doctor consultation if you need. can be easily swallowed. i am happy with the product. go for it.

Just wow!
I have been using Ashwagandha from a very long time. I would recommend it for everyone, as it's a stress buster and helps to overcome insomnia. For those who are into muscle building, do include it in your diet along with Gokhshura for better results.
