A good short read, I finished it in around 90 minutes. Quality of Pages is much better than expected at this price and Content is also good.

I like this book becoz lot of changes are there in my thoughts after reading this book, somewhere all of us even unwillingly think negative and which affects our life and we got anxious....so this book taught me to control over my negative thoughts 💞

This book is best choice to read,Page quality is Also good as compared to others book.But there is total 50 pages available in this book and here Flipkat shows 100 pages which is actually not there.
