About T. V. Rao

T. V. Rao has been a professor for over twenty years in the Indian Institute of Ahmedabad. He is known as the “Father of Indian Human Resource Development.” Dr. T. V. Rao started the human resource development system in India with Larsen and Toubro. He is also the founder of the Indian Society of Applied Behavioural Sciences and the national HRD network.
