+point-- good for aspiring managers and people who want pursue management as a career at some point in time .as it has good examples and authors personel experience with people from industry
-point-- not very interesting for a layman, a person should have some interest in understanding management in order to get the maximum out of this book

Must Read if you want to be a good Manager or future CEO
Hi Guys,
This book has very good content.All the information this book provides which you need to know about one Manager must posses.
The language of books is quiet simple,doesn't have technical jargon what we seem in most of the Management books.
Though, i have read only 3 chapter yet i have decided to buy all remaining 9 books of this series.
Bottom line: Must Read if you want to be a good Manager or future CEO
