Please be rest assured that all your queries will be solved and answered. We also service our customers after the warranty period for which nominal charges are applicable along with the TO and FRO shipping charges. For all service instances within warranty period, a replacement item is sent and once the item is received by the customer - the defective item will be scheduled to pickup as per slot available and convenience of the customer.
