A perfect match with 190XPROB

This was my first purchase from Flipkart. As I have read in multiple reviews earlier, shipping was fast. Ordered on Thursday late night, expected date was Monday, delivered on Saturday.

Now on the product itself, I purchased it to go with a Manfrotto 190XPROB, to support a 60D with 24-105mm f4L for the time being. On this combination, I did not observe any noticeable drooping post adjustment. I admit, I didn't test for it thoroughly. I was mostly on the wider side of the focal length.

Does what it's meant for

Bang on the buck. It delivers what it is meant for. Easy to use, decent weight (not too heavy or light). You can easily attach your camera(DSLR) to this and work through the 360 degrees panning. Both landscape and portrait modes are easy to work with.i shoot wildlife and had tough time to work with( my 1st time) with manfrotto tripod & the head coz overall system was heavy but saying this it will take less time to get adjusted as it holds camera & lens pretty nicely(Nikon D7100+70-300mm lens).

Sturdy Build, Smooth movements

Sturdy build - feels solid in hand and one can rely on 498RC2 with all camera and lens weight.
Movement is smooth.
Friction knob helps a lot.
Panning in not great, but does the job. Treat it as add-on.
I'm using it with my 055XPROB - seems best combo!

Good to have : Optional panning handle would be great add on...
