The author's name is Mahendra Singh Sidhu. He was born on 17.04.1952 in Hanumangarh. He obtained a BSc degree from Khalsa College, Sriganganagar in 1971, and then obtained LLB degree and also received Ayurved Ratan degree later. The author has served for almost 40 years in the Income Tax Department and retired as Income Tax Officer from Sriganganagar in 2012. He was married in 1980 and has two sons who are doing a good job.
