Value-for-money
The rice is quite decent, bot sure why people had a hard time with it. Brown rice usually takes much longer to cook, around 30 mins or so. Try to use a pressure cooker or electric rice cooker for ease. Always cook in excess water & the strain.

Very hard to cook,
Packet guidelines instructs that rice soaking for about 1 hour before cooking, but in reality it doesn't cook completely, you need to soak the rice for overnight then only you able to cook it well...

Got ONLY 2 PACKS INSTEAD OF 3.
I'm sure it was the supplier mistake because the outer packaging was such that it could only hold two packs of rice i.e., 2 kg.
Very disappointed with flipkart for choosing such a fraud supplier
