Not recommended at all
Would highly recommend not to buy this product... Bcoz the tatse is just horrible 😱 and the main ingredient is only black pepper bcoz on each bite to tatse u will get atleast 2 to 3 coarsely grounded black pepper which will surely ruin yr taste buds
