The book also has tables for Charakhandas (1* to 60* n lat), Terrestrial Latitudes and Longitudes, Equation of Time, Standard Times, Sunrise and Sunset, and Lords of Vargas. B. V. Raman, born on August 8, 1912, was a famous author and astrologer. He was a fellow of the Royal Astronomical Society and a member of the Royal Asiatic Society. Raman died on December 20, 1998.
