This is one of the most informative books you will find on the subject. But it contains a lot of references to other articles and papers which will not be required for JEE(mains OR advanced), also it does not contain much in the way of questions and answers. It should be used as a reference book ONLY and you should not go in too deep into this book during preliminary courses in organic chemistry. A textbook to go along with this is a MUST.
