Reason for not giving 5 star is worst customer support from Flipkart for Flipkart products.
No customer support when you got an issue within the warranty. They will tell send mail and call to this number and all. But no answer after that worst experience ever happen. Product is good and comes with good features and most value for money but without customer support its waste.

The product looks great and the delivery was quick too. Installation had some issues as the guys who had come for the same actually had come without the required tools. Funny! The cooling of the product, I feel, is a little slow. And the minimum temperature it goes upto is 17 degrees and not 16! That was a surprise. It's been just a few weeks so cannot write anything about the energy efficiency bit but I would definitely have loved faster cooling.
