Purchased with exchange but Flipkart exchange policy just sucks. Small scratches on machine was there and they refused to take my old machine in exchange. If my old machine is working all good, scratchless then why I am purchasing new one?

Hi i recently purchased this machine but due to non availability of service engineer in our locality i had to make do by myself, so i am using it for the first time and everything seemed fine but there is like a clanging of metal during the washing process when the machine changes the direction of the tub. Budget machine with all required features......looks really great and works great too....really happy with the product.....i request flipkart to make this washing machine available in different colors......:-)

Am buying is product 2months. But lots of complaints . Sensor complaint etc.....

Bought it for mom... Its been a week and performing well..installation and demo guys are totally useless..they dont have any knowledge and moreover they need some training regarding their behavior towards customer. Otherwise the machine is a must buy product

The software was not good n the interface too. It is not at all like a fully automatic....it is like semi automatic n every time we need to check it's functions.
Previously I used Samsung machine n it is way better than this.
There is no water level indicator, RINSE function functions as a DRAIN function n SPIN function....but not actual Rinsing. SPIN function doesn't even work at all....the machine will be in ideal condition while SPIN is in ON position.
It is better to have a well seen pro...
