Covered in Warranty	Warranty is non-transferrable, valid only in the territory of India and restricted to the first end user customer. Warranty will be valid only when the original purchase invoice is presented at the time of service. Warranty will cover only functional (electrical) parts and software issues having manufacturing defects. In case of a commercial usage (e.g. laundry, hotel, paying guest, office) of the product the warranty period will be limited to 90 days only from delivery or Installation of product. While carrying out installation or repair services, Brand may use accessories or spare/s part/s that are new, compatible, refurbished or reconditioned. Post repair the defective or good spare/s part/s remains with Brand. This warranty covers only the defects in the product arising out of manufacturing. Missing / defective accessories shall be repaired, replaced with new one, and not the complete product.
Not Covered in Warranty	No warranty on certain parts of product failure like rubber, plastic, door, spring, handle, fasteners, wire, knob, filter, glass, frame, body, wheels etc. No warranty on accessories like inlet-outlet hose or pipe etc. Defects arising like improper usage, miss-handling, usage not as per user manual, normal wear and tear, physical damages, electrical damage caused by abnormal voltage, spike, earthing conditions are not covered under warranty. Plumbing / electrical work is not in scope of installation and repair. The Brand shall not be liable for any loss or damage, cost of expense that arises due to inability or improper usage of product. Good choice

noise and vibrations are well contained. if its running in your bathroom or balcony you wont hear it from inside of rooms. clothes get washed amazingly clean. very compact size. but its on heavier side. Flipkart exchange denied to take old machine saying it has broken handle n plastic cracked. now i am expecting 1000 only in exchange which is value of its motor n parts only. no old machine has no cracks in plastic n scratches. why would we exchange old machine in 1000 if it was like new..!!

Great product

Mr. Tanveer was assigned for installation but he is not picking my phone and I make him 4 times call but he didn't picked my phone. Then why tech team has given time for installation today. This is worst..
It is not happened in reputed brand.
Next time we will be care for that..
Now I am waiting for technical team calls...
