After a year of use, motor has got issue.If I raise the complaint,even after 2 months no such immediate response.
Motor warranty is still there but they are not even ready to replace it .
Poor Customer service.
No value for customers money at all.
I recommend do not go for it.

There is no service for these products. 15 days back I got e10 error in this machine. Technician or service provider for these jeevs and midea fail to provide service. Machine is not working

I am writing a review after 3 years best machine, before this I was using ifb and that had come for 10 years approx...this one i had buyed it for 13k and till now it's working smoothly I loved it's performance it's user-friendly as well with more additional features... totally the best product which is cost effective...

After 2 yr.. Probelm in machine.. Vibration sound..
Purches time. I have given complete protection plan.. Of jeeves by flipkart.. But till no product repair.. Claimed register before 2 month...
Loss of money.. Very poor quality product

The product is value for money, but service is 3rd class , please don't buy marq products.

Jeevs customer care is not proper support.
They take much time about 21 for minor repair .
There behavior is also not good..
They denied fist after taking flipcart they accept.
Overall not good experience..
