This Marq water filter from Flipkart is a 10 L electric purifier that comes with a 7-stage purification process. Q:what pre filter can be used? give suggestion. our tds level is 1050. and water taste is not good in marq.

Q:How much maintainance cost yearly? what is charges to change the cell?

A:I bought purifier recently and service engineer told roughly filter could cost 1000rs. He also told filter depends on water quality. For me, at TDS=100, water quality is nice and is sweet.

I have thrown it on garbage.

I have thrown it on garbage, till now non of the executive came even after lots of follow up and complaints.

This is completely waste of money and lot of harasment.

Facing lots of isses after 7 days.
1. Not purifying water, taste is also too weired , when power is off still water is coming out from exit pipe.
2. Leaking water tank.
3. No proper customer care.
4. Raised complaint 2 times non of the executive visitied yet.I am planing throw it out on dustbin.

had owned livepure and Aquaguard before this. but hands down this is the best water purifier in the market with best price. And installation was smooth as chilled beer. no too much wastage of water. just close your eyes and book it and open your eyes and drink pure water

I bought in flipkart cooling days offer with all discount and cashback I got this deal for 5400rs only and using it for more than 15 days. It is working well and good so far. Meanwhile I can see most of them reviewed bad about installation time and ppl. But for me installation is done immediately and the service person from Jeeves was very kind and Cleary explained it.. Expected a better product

The water tank leaks on and off. When raised the complaint for the same, the service executive visited but said since it's not leaking in front of me, can't do anything about it and he closed the ticket.

How do we ensure that the leakage is happening when the executive arrives? he's not satisfied with the video of the leakage too!

This is a major manufacturing defect.

Waste of money!

pathetic product and worst customer support. I have made multiple calls but unable to reach any representative sent email to support with no response. this is a fraud company set up by Flipkart. Don't waste your money.

whoever has bought it please check if it is working. I bought it on 11-10-2018 and today when I check When I checked the TDS value came to 800 which is the same as tap water. Marq is playing with peoples life with a kind of behavior
