This product claims for ingredients which are very beneficial to bones and I can see the marked changes while taking this.
Before, there was a huge pain in knee while sitting down and after taking a few tablets, the huge pain has been lessened. But, I think that it will take time to give full results. I will take it for a couple of months and hope so it give the result what it claims.
