This product claims for ingredients which are very beneficial to bones and I can see the marked changes while taking this.
Before, there was a huge pain in knee while sitting down and after taking a few tablets, the huge pain has been lessened. But, I think that it will take time to give full results. I will take it for a couple of months and hope so it give the result what it claims.

Excellent
I bought this for my parents because they have joints pain issues. Although they have lately started using this but i am sure this product will definitely help as it has all the natural ingredients with no side effects. But i am using other products from GHC and they are amazing.
