| Cooking Instructions | - SEV USAL COOKING DIRECTIONS: * Heat oil in a large pan and when hot add mustard seeds, cumin seeds and curry leaves and sauté till the mustard seeds pop * Add the onion and sauté till lightly browned, then add garlic and tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes * Add the boiled peas and 1 sachet of Masala Garden Sev Usal Mix and stir it well * Add 5 cups of the reserved water from boiling the peas to get the consistency of a thick gravy and bring to a boil * Lower the heat once it has come to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes * Garnish with fresh coriander, spring onions and sev usal sev * Enjoy the curry with fresh bread buns and Masala Garden Garlic Chutney
