when you read content and see related topic image you can easily understand the concept

Only Positive with the book is some colourful infographics which tend to mind map the concept for easy understanding and retention. And good paper quality.
LOTS of Negatives: First and foremost - poor editing and proofreading; Poor sentence organisation and structure, as if written by a 10th standard student. I would say even a 10th standard student could write better grammatical and syntactical sentences.
Second, every 5 sentence later, you would stumble on wrong spelling or missing letters....
