I truly need to thank a million and more people and organisations who have made it possible for this book to see the light of day. as it will be impossible for me to mention them all, i will name just a few and trust all others will still understand that i owe them equal gratitude. My grateful thanks to the 'est' training which i undertook in 1980 and where i had my first realisation of what i am referring to in this book as the moorti within me.
