one of the best books I have ever bought in my life...easy language and quite interesting... full depth knowledge of the events.... writer has done a very good job...if I start reading it I don't feel like putting it down...must have if you have history as your optional...

This is the best world history book which provides every detail from the past to the modern times and scenarios at your fingertip. The front cover as well as the pages are all standard and attractive. The delivery given by Flipkart is really fast and appreciable.

I haven't started to read this book yet, so i am not commenting about the book content.
Flipkart delivered the book in time, but it looks little old. Pages are more like a photocopy type, don't know it is a original copy or not.
Cover page is also different from what FK had shown.

a must read book . content is very well arranged and language is lucid ... paper quality is also good. don't think so much . one can buy without thinking ..total pages are 698

this 5th Edition is one of the must book for IAS Mains exam,covering history upto recent Arab spring and Recession. Don't go for ant other book and stick to it...:)

This is a must book for GS Paper 1 for UPSC. Its a one time investment. Don't Think much, buy it. The explanation given is very easy to understand. Book by Arjun Dev is very Boring to read, though a thin book, but I too found it boring and not upto the level for writing mains' analytical answers.

Plz don't rely on many books just stick to NCERT( for events before the era (industrial revolution, imperialism etc.) and this book; for World History.
