The book is a good insight to the VC game and tells you a lot of fundamental stuff like avoiding cold calling and cold emails. What are Limited Partners and general partners.

However I felt the book is not for people targeting seed funds. This is a book more or less for people targeting Series A funds.

Overall very nice and informative. Separates the wheat from the chaff.

Must read for anyone who wants to know about start ups and funding. A very handy book to carry around. Paper quality is very bad though.
