Terrible product
The product is poor, extremely poor. I use matrix hair serum everyday. I thought of ordering it from flipkart as there was a great offer on the product. But the product is not even as expected. I wonder is it the reason why there is no return policy applicable on it. It is more like a hair oil, so much viscous. On applying the serum in hair; it gets mushy. The feel is like applying oil in hair. I'm very dissatisfied and disappointed.
