The Maxx MT150 is a uniquely designed touchscreen phone with Dual SIM (GSM +GSM) compatibility. This gives you the advantage of using multiple connections in one handset. The alphanumeric keys on the handset, allow texting with ease. The handset weighs a mere 96.8 g and measures 99 x 56 x 13.1 mm. This makes the phone easy to carry and comfortable to handle.

The resistive touchscreen in the Maxx is made of 3 layers and requires you to put pressure on it to sense the area of touch. The resistive touchscreen works with any pointing devices like stylus, pen, or even nail. The use of pointing device makes the touch screen usage more accurate.

The touch phone sports a 1.3 megapixel camera which lets you click better quality images with 240 x 320 resolution. You can also record videos at 15 fps and play them at 3 GP, MP4 and AVI formats. This phone features a 2.8-inch TFT display which lets you view images on a wider screen.

Battery and Storage

A 1000 mAh battery powers this bar handset and gives you a talk time up to 4 hours. When fully charged, the phone provides a standby time up to 300 hours. This Maxx phone has an embedded memory of 128 MB + 64 MB which can be expanded up to 8 GB using microSD or microSDHC cards. You can also store up to 500 contacts in the phonebook and 300 SMSes in the inbox.

Multimedia

The GSM phone is loaded with a media player that stores and plays songs of your choice. The player is equipped to support different formats such as MP3 and WAV. You can also enjoy your favourite FM channels by tuning in to the scheduled FM radio. You can record you favourite shows played on air waves through the FM recording facility. The 3.5 mm audio jack in the phone lets you use any generic headphones on the handset. The handset is preloaded with games that will keep you entertained at all times.

Connectivity and Features

The touch phone lets you access the Internet through the GPRS platform. The preinstalled Opera Mini browser lets you search various web pages on the move. Connectivity features like Bluetooth and a USB port help you share music, videos and images with other compatible devices. You can also create a backup of files stored on your mobile as the gadget can be synchronised with your PC.
