    Did not meet expectations

    I bought this item after seeing very good reviews. But it turned out not to be good. Because the lipstick came off while eating. It feels like lip tint after applying. A lipstick from branded company that has no pigmentation. Insight, Lakme, Loreal company far better then Maybelline Vinyl Ink

    I paid extra money saying I would pay in cash. But the delivery boy came and said there was no change, so pay online. Why would this happen?
