Did not meet expectations

Videos playing through device are blurred and freezes. Same videos running fine on other media player, but on this player videos are blurred and distorted. I feel cheated as they are giving only replacement and no refund and i am sure the replacement ones are also having the same issue. Will never buy product of this brand
