One should have idea for what purpose he is purchasing it. Mine was for lifting load from ground to terrace of 1st floor. To be safe the load should not exceed 35-40 kgs . Meets my requirements.

Well it does take more load than it says But one things is here, That sometimes, Like me, You might get a Used or returned product with paint removed here and there and scratches. But the main part, The Pulley and their ball bearings are well refurbished and thus metal paint doesn't matter because either ways one is going to hang it up and would rarely see them that close.
