When I ordered this cup there was nowhere written that it'll be this much firm. Because of this high firmness I couldn't be able to put it in. It hurts badly even if I try to put it in and the worst part is this product is not returnable which is such a pity. Using menstrual cup is all about experimenting and we try using different cups and now it's doesn't work for me and i couldn't even return it. Total waste of money
