It was really a good book.we have theory for each subject arae and then we have Objective type question which is very useful to gain insights into theory and then go for objective questions.

Concepts are well defined and solutions are also awesome.
He might be missed solutions for some problems.
Good for competitive examination, but don't rely completely on this book only. Because I can't say this book alone is enough for competitive exam, purchase some other books also to gain knowledge to tackle competitive exam.

see, i recommend this book for the preparation of "objective questions" of IES( Indian engineering services) and state engineering services.
the level of this book is a bit high ,so if you are a diploma holder then its not for you.
the best part of this book is that it divides a subject into several sections then.. first of all it gives you the theory of a particular section and then ask questions related to that only.
