Shipping was average but not really slow. I got in 4 days.
Quality:
This one seems to be of good build. I have used thermometers before with flexible tail. I don't know; those were not giving me the accurate measures in 10 seconds. This one is not flexible, but gives accurate temperature in 10 seconds. Great.

Wonderful
The temperature indicated was erroneous by 2 or more degrees Fahrenheit!! My father just finished his physiotherapy exercises and his temperature was shown to be 96.6 degrees Fahrenheit . His temperature should have been slightly higher than normal.
