Preparation: Ensure the vehicle surface is clean and cool to the touch., Shake Well: Thoroughly shake the bottle before use., Application: Work one small section (approx. 2' x 2') at a time. ​Apply a small amount of product directly to your rotary buffer pad (a wool or foam cutting pad is generally recommended). ​Tip for uncured paint: Apply the compound directly to the buffing pad, not the paint surface., Buffing: Use the rotary buffer with moderate pressure and overlapping passes. Gradually reduce the pressure as the paint imperfections are removed, Clean Up: Work the product until it is nearly dry. Wipe off the excess residue immediately with a clean, dry, 100% cotton terry cloth towel or a microfibre wipe., Finishing (Recommended): Since this is an aggressive cutting compound, a follow-up step is typically required to maximize gloss and clarity. Follow the compounding step with a finishing polish, such as Meguiar's Dual Action Cleaner/Polish (M8301), using a soft buffing pad.
