Usage Instructions	How to Cook Puttu Podi : Take Melam puttu podi, add salt to taste. Add water little by little and mix well with fingers. allow the dough to rest for 15 mins. Fill the dough into the puttu maker along with grated coconut and steam for 5 mins, How to Cook Kadala Curry (To serve 4) -Add required salt and cook the kadala till tender. In a pan, heat oil and sauté onions, green chillies, Ginger / Garlic paste. Then add 2 tbsp of Melam Kadala Curry Masala, sliced tomato, curry leaves and stir well. Then add cooked kadala and keep it closed for 5 mins. Add ½ cup coconut milk for more taste. Serve hot with Puttu.
