Usage Instructions

Take 2 tbsp of oil in a pan, add 2 tbsp of red chutney (made with dry dates and tamarind), and add 100 g of Memsaab Kachhi Dabeli Masala to it. Stir for 2 minutes at low flame to mix properly. Now add 400 g of boiled mashed potatoes to the above mixture and mix properly to make an even filling. Slice the pav into two, spread butter, garlic chutney, and the prepared filling on the pav. Sprinkle masala peanuts, finely chopped onion, pomegranate, sev, and coriander. Heat on a pan, and serve hot.
