Usage Instructions	Take 150 g of sprouted math / white peas / mixed pulses and boil them. Sauté ginger chilli paste and 150 g tomato purée (2 medium sized tomatoes) in a generous amount of oil, add 2 tbsp of Memsaab Usal / Misal Masala, and stir for sometime. Now add boiled sprouted pulses, water, and bring the mixture to boil. Add salt, turmeric powder, chilli powder as per taste. Cook till oil starts to float. It indicates that the usal / misal is ready. In a serving plate, take usal / misal, add some farsan over it, top with chopped onions and coriander leaves. Serve with Pav and lemon slices.
