About Adam Campbell

Adam Campbell is a health and fitness professional, and a writer.

He has written The Women’s Health Big Book Of Exercises, and The Men’s Health Big Book Of Exercises. the detailed stuff and the images and everything makes it perfect for the exercisers and gymnasts..
they have even given the diet chart..
also u will see they have explained how to build ur gym at home..

Its worth it 100 times over

I found the book very useful. It is quite informative and language is simple.
