    This book lists more than 600 exercises which will correct / improve your form. It also gives you important tips on warmups and answers basic questions like how many sets, intervals between sets, how much weight, how many reps etc. A must buy if you want to understand your workout routine better

    The Book is of international printing standards costing around 17 GBP but sold really cheap for less than half the cost by flipkart. The Book has good exercises and tips to be followed in gym.

    I m just impressed with this book..
    the detailed stuff and the images and everything makes it perfect for the exercisers and gymnasts..
    they have even given the diet chart..
    also u will see they have explained how to build ur gym at home..
    workout plans r so amazing, i followed the 4 week workout plan and the results are extraordinary..
    they have given around 4 or 5 workout plans so u see which suits u...
    and there is many informative stuff that i never knew has helped me improve my workouts...
