Dr. Janki Mistry is a faculty of Finance at the Department of Business and Industrial and Management, Veer Narmad South Gujarat University, Surat. She has an MBA degree (Distinction- Gold medal) in Finance from Veer Narmad South Gujarat University and a Doctorate in Management from the same university. She has also completed a one year Post Graduate Diploma in Research Methodology. She has 35 publications in National and International Journals and books and has presented several research papers in international conferences in Singapore, Paris, and India. She is closely associated with the industry and serves on the board of INFINA FINANCE PVT. LTD. in the role of an independent director. She has been delegated as an Innovation Ambassador of the Institutions Innovation Council, Ministry of Education, Govt. of India. Dr. Jaydip Chaudhari is Professor & Other Than Dean, Faculty of Management Studies at the Department of Business and Industrial Management, Veer Narmad South Gujarat University, Surat. He holds a BE (Electronics) and MBA Degree of The M S University of Baroda and Ph.D. from Veer Narmad South Gujarat University, Surat respectively. He is also an IIM Ahmedabad alumnus. He has completed ‘Leadership Program’ at Harvard University, Boston, USA. He has 27 years of experience as an Academician and 2 years of Industry experience. He is a Certified Strategic Management Teacher. His area of teaching, research and consulting are Information Technology, Entrepreneurship and New Venture Management, Small Business Management and Strategic Management. He has published more than 60 research papers in various national / international Journals and Edited books. He has authored Four books. He has participated in more than 60 National/International Seminars and Conferences. Till date, under his guidance 20 students have been awarded Ph. D. degree and 8 students have been awarded M. Phil Degree in various areas of Management. He has represented the University and presented Research Papers in International Conferences held in Germany, Malaysia, Latvia, Taiwan, Thailand, USA and Vietnam. He has been a member of various Administrative and Academic Bodies/Committees of the University. He has been actively associated with other academic institutions and Universities across states.
