In all fairness, this review is not reflective of the product itself. I have the men's version of the shoe and think it's fantastic. So much so that I tried purchasing them for my wife. I ordered a size 4, however they delivered a size 3.5. I figured it was a simple error and requested an exchange. TWO MORE DELIVERIES OF 3.5!!!
