The book is about the methodology of waterproofing jobs of Concrete structures by using Construction Chemicals depending upon the type of Concrete casted at site by Principal Contractor Manual/Ready-Mix Concrete accordingly the Construction Chemicals has to be specified and the specifications of waterproofing jobs has to be formulated by the specification manager and has to accordingly must submit to the Architect. At site the Principal Contractor must get the job through authorized Applicators of the Construction Chemicals Company. Waterproofing is a one time job to be executed in a Scientific Manner at site by authorized applicators/applicator of the Construction Chemicals Company as per companies specifications. The main objective of doing the waterproofing job is to save the load bearing M.S Structures from getting rusted as rusting is a irreversible process which cannot be stopped. Once the water reaches through tracks and pores of the concrete the rusting starts taking place. If the surface of the M.S Rod is scrapped and cleaned followed by application of anti-rust paints and bonding agents and casting the new concrete with old concrete it would only bond the new concrete with old concrete, but rusting would not be stopped it would only prevent the further entry of water from outer surface to M.S Rod. As a result of which one day the entire concrete would crumble down when the load bearing M.S Rod gets eroded and loses its all load bearing capacity to hold the concrete materials casted leading to loss of life and property of human beings.
