Value-for-money
This is a energy bar which tastes well from Mettle. But the sweetness quotient is more than needed in my opinion and a syrup from brown rice is an ingredient in the bar. This syrup is refined and more sweetened similar to glucose.

Really it is a delicious snacks bar. it's delivery process is so fast. I tried these bars I feel it's amazing according to other bars. I like the energy bars and it's tasty also.
