Good Product. Comes in good packaging. Though it boasts a capacity of 10400 mAh, it gives an output upto 8000 mAh which is still great considering the price of the power bank. Only suggestion I would give Xiaomi would be to provide longer data cord.

discharges very fast which means your mobile or other device will be charged super fast.
but it itself takes too much time to get fully charged. overnight is also not enough sometimes.

i have bee using this product for last 5 months. It gives me 4 full recharges for my moto g2. The only issue is it takes almost a day to fully charge the power bank. The phone gets recharged pretty fast when plugged into the power bank. Overall a good product.

I have been using this power bank since last 6 months and had no problem with it. Works well with every phone I have used. Can recharge a 2000 mah battery phone 4 times easily. So it do what it says.

And the plus side is it looks classy but on the heavier side if you want to carry it in pocket.

It is a good powerbank with 10400 mAh juice, I using it for my daily life need, whenever i go out i take it with me and till now this is doing a decent job with its business. I'm using it my samsung galaxy s3 which comes with 2100 mAh battery. It almost recharge it 4 times.
The only problem i'm facing is, it only charges quick(2A output) when i connect it with its own supplied usb cable or any sort usb cable, if i connect it with default usb cable which i got with s3 or any other usb cable it...

The battery doesn't last enough to indicate it is 10400mah. Some features like led glowing to indicate status of charge and colour of the device is good

The product is reliable.. but takes quite a while to recharge once drained. I mean the power bank takes around 10 hrs for fully charging. gives around 4 charges for normal smart phones; charging of phones from the power bank is pretty quick. Really handy while travelling and days you are running around!

I purchased this powerbank as i have Redimi Note 4. It is very easy to use and it also detects Samsung Phones and charges thoses also. But i see that it does not charge Blackberry Z10 mobile. Full charge i see that it gives 7000 to 8000 mAh only and not full 10000 mAh. But still it is great to have this as you are always need to battery these days for mobile phones.
