This is my first MI product... Therefore was sceptical but after seeing HUGO BARRA'S presentation of this purifier, took the chance and bought it first day itself..

My experience so far::

Excellent product and does wat it is built for.. ie purify air... Bought it for mom, as she has asthma and it works wonders....
Hepa filter works like it should and MI SMART HOME app shows particulate matter count level on your smartphone and u can control ur purifier using ur home wifi....

Sleek and good looking. The PM number displayed by sensor vs that measured by a professional device is way off! Same is the rate of decrease in PM. The sensor may also be misreading due to proximity (on the) to device.

Performance so far looks good.

Easy to setup and control through phone.

It is extremely efficient in keeping odour away.

Other aspects, too early to judge.

Silent, and effective. The visible difference appeared when the door left open on Diwali. It reduced the 600 PM2.5 rating (maximum on the device) to normal 35 PM2.5 range. Must have for all the homes.

I bought it during big billion days and got another 10% sweet discount.
I was on look out for an air purifier as the pollen problem in Bangalore was aggravating my mom's asthma problem. And to add to it, for only God knows why, someone or the other will burn whatever left over they can find.

Great aesthetics. Can be connected to your phone through Mi Home app which has to be downloaded. But it needs an open wifi network for this, which is difficult. You will have to remove passwords from your home wifi. The pm levels will be displayed on your mi Home app, but is says that it is an estimated value and which fluctuates everytime you switch on the app. Hence it raises doubt on the displayed levels. However, there is an LED in the panel which changes color from red to orange to green...

Simply Superb,Can stop prasing the product.Performs the intended function amazingly. Brought down PM2.5 level of 300 to 57 at my location in an hour,However prospective buyers please note that ventination in your room reduces its efficiency in reducing particulate matter beyond a certain limit.
However you can feel the difference in breathing(Improvement in room's Air Quality Index) within 15 min.of switching on the unit.
Lookswise it's fabulous, very appealing..

After reading a lot about the adverse effects of air pollution and going through a loads of reviews, finally decided to purchase one. Choosing between the ones available in market MI air purifier stood out. Have been using it for a month now and am satisfied with the results. Ordered it in Big Billion days and it was delivered the next day. Full marks to Flipkart for prompt delivery.

Pros: Love the way it works especially in auto mode. This is my first winter in Delhi without a bad throat. Looks and feels fantastic. Adds to house aesthetic (no kidding). App control is very intuitive. Love the extra info: temperature, humidity and comfort. Internet of things device.
Cons: Annoying sound when in turbo mode. Beep (notification sound) could be bit more subtle. Google home support.
