Nice fitness app for beginners
Pros:
- Tracks your sleep cycle quite accurately
- Alarm and call notification is very nice
- Cheapest band (currently)
- Comfortable to wear

This is a great sleep aid - I have improved my numbers (from 4-5 hours to 7 hours).
You need MiFit app to see numbers and change settings.
Alarm feature is bit annoying (as it shakes your hand terribly). There are only 3 alarm config possible so I use them as reminder for water intake during my day time.
Step counting is superb with ~3% error. XIAOMI needs to improve software to show you detailed history, as of now only today's details ...

MI band - it just does the job
2) It does record steps and it estimates calorie burnt and distance covered. Please not that none of the numbers generated by the band is even close to accurate but having said that I would be happy if it is just 75% accurate for the price.
3) While it does record sleep pattern, the data can be used as an indicator only. The sleep pattern mechanism is not very accurate and come on you cant expect any thing more for...
