This was researched well before buying
1. The scanning mechanism is laser so very fast
2. The battery is long lasting more than 90 minutes
3. It creates a map of the house so you can select the area (room) where you want to send it if partial cleaning is required. Or e.g. you are eating and wan the bedrooms done.
4. There is a manual mode where you take it to where you need and have it clean that place.
5. Very strong vaccum
6. Mopping mode is there too. But the tank is small and can do 2 roo...

Water tank is too small, need to refill once for a stand 2 bhk house. Suction is good however.

Mop option is not an alternative of what you call 'Pocha'.
Glossy top - which makes you clean it once it cleans your house.

Really amazing

Did a lot of research and finally decided to buy this product. it's worth every penny. The mapping feature is awesome especially for selective cleaning and restrictive cleaning. Covers every corner. I had doubts over Mopping functionality but it iooks decent as well. For hard stains I usually spray floor cleaner before running mopping and then it's give even more cleaner result. Great thing is, everything can be controlled from the mobile app.

Mapping is not available in this model. It cannot make virtual walls to separate rooms and areas. Rest it's working well.

Vaccum cleaning is very good. But mopping is average as expected. Need to clean it's garbage collector container every day. Now the worst is it's LIDER navigation is not so accurate. It gets confused especially when given command to do a specific room or area and gets lost to another room.

Highly recommended for 1BHK, but no more than that
Anything above 1 BHK would be too confusing for this robot

Pros:
1. Low Price (~7k)
2. Decent suction
3. Low height due to absence of LIDAR sensor, can easily go under furniture
4. High quality material used, very easy to take out the dustbin and install / uninstall the water tank

Cons:
1. No route planning, takes 45 mins to clean a small 1BHK
2. In the process drain 75% of its battery, and charges very slow

Worth for the money.
It works as expected.
Some sort of and struggling during the initial map set up.
Once the map is ready, the navigations are smooth.
Dust cleaning is effective, and some it may missed some dust, so we need to run the mpnonce again for a perfect clean.
The battery last for hardly around 1 hour, it enough for a 1000sdft. If the house is more than of 1000sqft, another cycle also required.

It does the job, as everyone said the water tank s small and u need to fill twice atleast to clean the whole house. It forgets the room sometimes if I choose a specific room cleaning.
